SHIPPING & PAYMENTS POLICY

At Bestway Gujarat, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and securely across India. This Shipping & Payment Policy outlines our shipping timelines, charges, payment methods, and related guidelines.

SHIPPING POLICY

A. Shipping Coverage

  • We offer PAN-India shipping to all major locations.

  • Some remote locations may have longer delivery times or additional charges based on courier availability.

B. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmation.

  • Standard delivery time: 4-7 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

  • For remote locations, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Note: Delivery time may vary based on product availability, shipping address, and courier partner efficiency.

C. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.

D. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free for most orders.

  • Additional Charges: May apply for heavy or oversized items and remote areas.

  • Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

E. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Bestway Gujarat is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or transport disruptions.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, the re-shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

CASH ON DELIVERY(COD) POLICY

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) with the following conditions:

  • COD is available only for select pin codes (availability shown at checkout).

  • A minimum booking deposit may be required for COD orders.

  • COD orders above ₹10,000 may require additional confirmation via phone/email.

PAYMENT POLICY

A. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:
✅ Credit & Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express
✅ UPI Payments – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM
✅ Net Banking – Major banks in India
✅ Wallet Payments – Paytm, Amazon Pay, Freecharge
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available with a minimum booking deposit

B. Secure Payment Processing

  • All online payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

  • We do not store any credit/debit card details for security reasons.

  • Transactions are encrypted using industry-standard security protocols.

C. Refund Processing for Payments

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer (customers must provide bank details for processing).

ORDER MODIFACATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

A. Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

  • You can cancel an order before it is shipped by emailing bgsupport@mqube.in.

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch will be fully refunded within 7-14 business days.

B. Cancelling an Order After Dispatch

  • If the order is already dispatched, you may refuse delivery.

  • Once returned to us, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

C. Modifying an Order

  • Once an order is confirmed, modifications are not allowed.

  • If you wish to add/remove items, you must cancel and place a new order.
