RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects or damages sustained during transit.

A product is eligible for return if:

• It has a manufacturing defect.

• It arrived damaged or defective due to shipping.

• It is unused and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Products damaged due to improper use, handling, or installation.

• Products that have been used, altered, or assembled.

• Any item without its original packaging, manuals, or accessories.

• Products reported for return after 7 days of delivery.

• Any item that falls under final sale, clearance, or promotional discounts.

We offer warranties on specific products:

• 1-year warranty on Filters and Machine items.

• Manufacturing defects warranty on pools, liners, covers, etc., which must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and supporting images/videos of the defect.

To request a return, follow these steps:

• Provide Details: Share your order number, product images/videos, and reason for return.

• Approval Process: Our team will review your request and notify you within 2-4 business days.

• Return Shipment: If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

  • In some cases, we may arrange for pickup from your location.

  • For self-return, pack the product securely to prevent transit damage.

• Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process the refund/exchange if eligible.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after the returned product is inspected Then:

A. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued based on the original payment method:

• Online payments (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards): Refund credited to the same payment method.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund processed via bank transfer (you will be required to provide account details).

B. Deductions & Fees

• Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

• If the return is due to customer error (wrong order, change of mind), a restocking fee may be deducted.

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.

• If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.

A. Cancelling an Order Before Shipment

• If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at bgsupport@mqube.in.

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charge.

B. Cancelling an Order After Shipment

• If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery.

• Once the product is returned, we will process the refund minus shipping charges.

• Returns that do not meet our policy conditions will be rejected.
